Rainy Saturday in New England
Tropical Storm Ida is finishing its run by dumping torrential rain on the Boston area today. Photo from Boston.com....
The Red Maple in the back yard has lost its glory.....the beautiful red leaves are all on the ground now.....
And no one is playing tennis, for sure....
A good day to stay home and put a movie on the TV to watch but The Countess had to get her nails done. It is one of my signatures......Red Nails!!!
And what better thing to do on a rainy day but to go shopping. There is a designer boutique store in my little town that had a few outfits just for me.
I feel so much better now. Time for a glass of Glenlivet to make the day perfect! You all have a wonderful day today....rain or shine...life is what you make of it!
I'll be in New York City next Wednesday for Our Hit Parade at Joe's Pub. Bridget Everett and friends will be raising the roof with a spectacular show. The Countess is hostessing a party at the Pub that night for her friends. Were you invited? If not, just show up and join the fun!
