Horrific tragedy in Minneapolis
Most people have heard the news tonight of the bridge collapse in Minneapolis which has resulted in deaths and injuries. CNN is reporting the story.

I visited Minneapolis in January and met so many wonderful people while I was there. A couple of my internet friends in that area have reported in and said that they are OK which is an enormous relief. For a personal report, visit Lee at Minneapolis Metro.
This bridge is visible from the Guthrie Theater that I visited.

We need to be able to trust the infrastructure that we use on a daily basis; roads, bridges, subways, trains, planes, etc......and when something of this nature happens and it is not the result of a natural disaster like an earthquake or a hurricane, we need to demand answers and demand corrections.
What is the popular saying? SOMETHING LIKE THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

Amen to that.
Hey, when all your money (lent to you by the Chinese) is spent on war, how can you upkeep bridges?
