Quick post from New York City
The Countess felt like I was reporting for Gawker Stalker yesterday. I'm pretty sure that was Kirsten Dunst who crossed in front of me at 44th and Broadway. Later I went into a bistro for a drink before the theater and sat at a table next to Ben Gazzara. Sat down in my theater seat and Alec Baldwin sat in front of me.
Saw "Passing Strange" at the Belasco Theater. OMG! SO GOOD!
No wonder it got so many Tony nominations. Between "In the Heights" and this, The Countess is a happy theater goer this season. Not too many new musicals are being presented these days and so this is a banner season as far as I'm concerned.
Now I am off to MOMA to check out the Olafur Eliasson exhibit.
