Berkshire Buzz!!
The Countess is headed back to the Berkshires for a fun filled Holiday weekend. Monday is Columbus Day and it is peak fall foliage viewing here in New England.
Friday night Tony Lee Thomas is performing at Rumpy's Tavern in Lenox. Tony is one of my favorite entertainers and I am looking forward to listening to his golden voice.
Saturday night is opening night at Barrington Stage Company in Pittsfield. David Adkins is starring in "To Kill a Mockingbird". David recently was in "Waiting for Godot" at Berkshire Theatre Festival.
And speaking of Berkshire Theatre Festival......Sunday is their Fall Foliage Celebration. A ride on the Foliage Express out of Stockbridge Station and then a performance by Judy Kaye and David Green at the Unicorn Theatre. This is one of their big fund raisers of the year, so get yourself a ticket and join in the fun.
And also on Sunday...between 12 noon and 6 p.m., get over to Moe's Tavern in Lee. Josh and Yuki are throwing a one year birthday party called Moezapalooza for the Tavern which has proved to be a very popular addition to the Berkshire social scene. You might even see The Countess drink one of the 200 brews available!!!
