Happy Birthday, Josh!
It was a lovely day in the spring of 2008 when The Countess heard about this new business in Lee, Massachusetts....Moe's Tavern. My dear friend, Peter Barry, and I decided to stop in and see what all the fuss was about. It turned out that both Josh and Peter had rented the same apartment in DelRay Beach, Florida....years apart. Small world!
Tonight I went over to Moe's to wish Josh a Happy Birthday. He opened the place up to all his friends and supporters and put out a fabulous buffet. Last October, to celebrate Moe's Tavern first birthday, Josh gave away some t-shirts and I thought it fitting to wear mine tonight. Of course I had to add a few jewels to the ensemble, especially my crown pin.
Josh and Moe's Tavern are a big supporter of the Berkshire Theatre Festival as well as other local organizations. Your support is much appreciated. Happy Birthday Josh!
I had an enjoyable time talking with Sadie and Laura who not only take care of the bar but are partners. They are the smiling faces that pour those special brews that Moe's offers....
And don't forget, ladies......we have a date in New York City!
