A Typical Thursday in the Beautiful Berkshires...

Last Thursday The Countess had a little reception for some friends after the matinee performance of "Prisoner of Second Avenue" at the Berkshire Theatre Festival. We had a group of 26 people in to see the play and then a little wine and cheese to top off the afternoon.
The cast came out to talk to everyone and pose for pictures.

Jeanne Paulsen, Kate Maguire (BTF Executive Director), Stephen DeRosa, Alice Playten, Denny Dillon, and Veanne Cox.
Denny and Alice read this blog! The Countess was thrilled to learn that. And check out this rave review of the show in The New York Times!!!
Here are my trusty servants, Tara, Rebecca, Ariel, and Steve. I'm sure they like that job description :)

Actually they are all members of the BTF Development team and they do a wonderful job raising money and keeping the theater patrons happy. Thanks so much for all you do!

Later that evening The Countess was off to Rumpy's Tavern. If it's Thursday night, it must be Karaoke Night at Rumpy's!!!

It was great to see my pals, Davo, Darcie, and Justina....

Justina belted out a song with a couple of her friends....

Then Davo took the mike.....

And, of course, Troy is the man behind the bar making all the customers happy.....

A nice picture of three friends..... The Countess, Steve, and Davo....

Always a fun night.....Karaoke at Rumpy's Tavern....Bring your friends!
